BoatBites is the first on-demand delivery platform built for boaters. We connect hungry boaters with nearby marina restaurants, bars, and vendors bringing food, drinks, and essentials directly to your boat on the water.

Order from your phone, stay on your boat, and get your food delivered right to you. Our delivery drivers use personal watercraft (Jet Skis) equipped with GPS tracking to meet you wherever you’re anchored or drifting near participating marinas.

Yes. The BoatBites App is available for iOS and Android. You can browse menus, place orders, track your delivery live, and pay securely all in one place.

BoatBites eliminates the hassle of docking, waiting, or missing out on food while on the water. It helps boaters stay out longer, enjoy their day, and get access to restaurant-quality meals without ever tying up.

Yes that’s exactly what BoatBites does. As long as you’re within range of a participating marina, your delivery will meet you right on the water.

You drop your GPS pin in the BoatBites app, choose your restaurant, and place your order. A delivery captain rides out, locates your boat using GPS, and hands off the order safely on the water.

BoatBites is rolling out to Florida’s Coastal areas, starting with the Stewart area on the east coast and the western coast from Sarasota to Naples, with new markets launching regularly.

Not yet. Those markets are in the expansion roadmap. You can join the waitlist in the app or on our website to get notified when it goes live.

Not currently. BoatBites will expand to other U.S. boating regions soon. Stay tuned.

Download the BoatBites app, enter your location, browse available vendors, and place your order. That’s it you’ll receive real-time updates until your delivery arrives.

No. In fact, that’s the whole point. Stay anchored, drifting, or moored we’ll come to you.

Delivery typically takes 30–45 minutes, depending on restaurant prep time and distance from the marina.

If you drift slightly, our GPS system adjusts. If you move far from your pin, you can update your location in the app so your captain can reroute.

Anything available from our partner restaurants burgers, tacos, sushi, cocktails, snacks, even ice or charcuterie trays. Menus vary by marina.

Tipping is optional but encouraged. 100% of tips go to your delivery captain.

Contact BoatBites support directly through the app. We’ll verify the issue and make it right refunds or redeliveries as appropriate.

Yes. A flat $75 delivery fee applies per order, which covers your water delivery, logistics, and driver cost.

BoatBites operates during restaurant hours and daylight-safe delivery conditions—typically 11 AM – sunset, depending on the marina.

You can cancel or modify your order before the restaurant confirms it. Once it’s being prepared or en route, cancellation may not be possible.

We deliver in normal boating weather. Severe conditions, lightning, or unsafe waters may temporarily pause deliveries for safety reasons.

Yes. You’ll see your order’s progress in real time, including when it’s being prepared, picked up, and delivered complete with live GPS tracking of your delivery captain.

Yes. You can message or call your delivery captain directly through the app once your order is en route.

BoatBites accepts all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay securely through the app.

No. For safety and accountability, all payments are processed digitally through the app.

Absolutely. Just note your vessel name and size in the app. For large orders or events, contact BoatBites concierge for coordination.

Yes. After each delivery, you’ll have the option to rate your experience and share feedback directly in the app.

You can adjust your notification and marketing preferences in the app settings or unsubscribe from emails.

Yes. Our delivery captains are trained in safe hand-off procedures and equipped with life vests and safety gear. Deliveries are only completed in stable, safe conditions.

Taxes are included in your total checkout. Gratuity is optional and separate unless you add it at checkout.

Some restaurants may require a minimum order (typically $40–$50). You’ll see it listed before checkout.

Yes. Orders include standard utensils and napkins. Ice can be added as an item from select vendors.

Yes. Creating an account lets you manage orders, track deliveries, and save favorite spots for next time.

You can manually adjust your pin in the app map to match your visible coordinates or nearby landmark. Our captains confirm visually when approaching your vessel.
