Company Overview

BoatBites is a water-first logistics platform engineered—not retrofitted—for life on the water. Our senior leadership team brings decades of experience across cloud technology, marine operations, last-mile logistics, and hospitality-grade customer service. We’ve shipped mission-critical software, run boats in real conditions, and scaled operations that don’t crack under peak demand. That blend of hard tech and hard-earned on-water judgment is why our system works where others don’t.

Under the hood, BoatBites runs live telemetry with 2–5-second pings across drivers, vendors, hubs, and boaters, feeding a routing engine that understands currents, wind, drift, no-wake zones, and shallow-draft constraints for PWC/RIB operations. Dynamic ETAs update in real time; multi-order orchestration batches, sequences, and partial-delivers as conditions change; and exact handoffs are verified with pin-to-pin guidance and drift alerts. Everything is controlled through a single operational console—dispatch, SLAs, and exception handling—backed by clean, partner-ready APIs for location, routing, status, and incident reporting.

We don’t do theater—we do reliability. If we accept an order, we own the ETA. Safety and compliance aren’t slideware: every operator is trained, no-wake adherence is enforced, and our sustainability policy shows up in routing logic, craft selection, and clean handoff protocols. The result is a predictable, respectful on-water experience that keeps boaters anchored and happy.

For marinas and brand partners, BoatBites adds revenue and elevates guest experience without adding headcount or complexity. For boaters, it’s simple: order from your phone, drop a pin, and stay on the water—your delivery finds you. We’re building the leading B2B2C logistics network for waterways, starting in Florida and scaling to every coast that needs it.
