What is BoatBites?

Curious about BoatBites? We’re a friendly service bringing delicious food from local restaurants, food trucks, and liquor stores directly to boaters in the area. Yes, you heard right – we even deliver by drone whenever possible! Ordering is a breeze – just hop online or give us a call at (813) 358-4206, and we’ll swiftly deliver your scrumptious meal to your boat.

How Does it Work?

Here’s the scoop on how to get your favorite eats delivered. Head over to our website or app and browse through the menus of participating restaurants, food trucks, and liquor stores. Pick the items you’re craving and place your order. Alternatively, you can ring us up, and our amiable staff will be delighted to assist you. We’ll need your boat name, location, and contact details, and in return, we’ll confirm your order, provide you with an estimated delivery time, and a special PIN to ensure the correct delivery. Once confirmed, our skilled boat drivers will swiftly deliver your order to your boat.

Is There A BoatBites Mobile App?

Yes, there is! You can download our app from the Apple or Google Play stores, where it will be available soon. You can also visit our website and scan the QR code to download the app directly to your device. Our app will allow you to order and track your food with ease and convenience.

Does Your Service Have Fees?

Our service fees vary depending on a number of factors, including the location of the delivery, the membership level of the customer, the demand at the time of delivery, and various other reasons. For example, deliveries to more remote locations will typically have higher fees than deliveries to more central locations. Similarly, customers with a higher membership level will typically receive lower fees than customers with a lower membership level.

When can I use this service?

We’re at your service from 6 am to 7 pm, seven days a week, covering a range from Tarpon Springs to St. Pete Beach. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, no worries – just give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. And, Exciting news! We’ll be available across Florida beginning in June 2024, and expanding to a few select marinas in several northern states this summer.

Can I cancel or change my order after I've placed it?

Made a mistake or need to modify your order? No worries, you can add to your order up to 45 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. Just give us a call, and we’ll sort it out for you. Please note, any changes or cancellations after 45 minutes of ordering incur a $25 cancellation fee.

What weather conditions do you deliver in?

Rain or shine, we’ve got you covered – just not in lightning! In case of severe weather conditions that may pose risks to our boat drivers, First Mates, or customers, we might suspend service temporarily or delay some deliveries. We’ll keep you informed about any changes.

Can I track my order?

Curious about your order’s whereabouts? You can easily track it on our website or app. Keep an eye on your boat driver’s status and location. If you prefer a personal touch, give us a call at (813) 358-4206, and we’ll happily provide updates.

Am I able to connect with my delivery agent?

Need to reach your boat driver or First Mate? You can easily contact them through the app or by calling or texting the phone number we provide when confirming your order. Please use this number only for urgent matters related to your delivery.

How Do I Pay?

Paying for your food is a breeze! Our checkout page easily lets you choose a payment method to complete your order. Be mindful — we currently only accept payments through credit/debit cards, and you MUST pay prior to your order delivery.

Do you have a discounts / promotional offers program?

Who doesn’t love a good deal? We’re happy to offer various discounts and promotions throughout the year. Stay updated by checking our website, app, or social media for the latest deals and coupons.

Do you cater for large events?

Hosting a party or gathering on the water? We’ve got you covered! Place a bulk order online or give us a call, and we’ll deliver the scrumptiousness to your desired location. Just remember, we’ll need at least 24 hours’ notice for bulk orders.

Is there a loyalty program?

At BoatBites, we love to reward our amazing customers! Our loyalty program earns you points for every dollar you spend. You can redeem these points for free food or discounts. Join our loyalty program on our website or app and start earning those delicious rewards today.

Am I rewarded for advertising your service to others?

Spread the love for BoatBites and earn rewards together! Our referral program lets you invite friends and family using your unique code. When they place their first order, both of you receive a $10 credit – it’s a win-win!

Do you offer gift cards?
