COMPANY OVERVIEW

BoatBites is a mobile app revolutionizing on-water food and beverage delivery. Founded and launched in 2023 by serial tech entrepreneurs John Bonaccorso (CEO) and joined by co-founder Ben Robbins (CTO) in 2024, BoatBites serves boaters within three miles of the Florida shoreline. The proprietary software and unique logistics enable seamless delivery of hot food, cold drinks, ice, and essentials like sunscreen and almost anything from grocers like Publix within three miles of the shoreline. BoatBites will be servicing many of Florida’s major cities with the highest concentration of boaters and several northern states in 2024, with expansion plans targeting 25 more states in 2025. BoatBites is positioning itself to become the premier on-water delivery platform nationwide.

John Bonaccorso, Co-Founder & CEO

John Bonaccorso is the developer of the original concept of BoatBites and has led the creation and organization of the Company to the present time. He has a deep understanding of technology and the marketing of new business models. For example, following the sale of his first tech company, e.Port Information Network to Apple, Bonaccorso was the founder and CEO of The 9thXchange, Inc. in 2000. The 9thXchange created the world’s first all-inclusive, auction and rental platform for digital files.

Ben Robbins, Co-Founder & CTO

Ben Robbins is BoatBites’ founding Chief Technology Officer, responsible for designing and delivering the platform that powers this innovative tech-enabled business. He has spent his career using technology to solve problems and helping forward-thinking organizations balance agility, efficiency, and risk as they build out human beings. Technical infrastructure. He has a broad background in SaaS, wearables, DeFi/ FinTech, HealthTech, AI/ML, and edge computing, a deep understanding of the SDLC, and a proven ability to lead digital and product strategy. In addition to his role in founding multiple tech startups, he has provided technical expertise to an array of companies in diverse industries. He is an equity partner in the global software delivery firm Success Software Services.
